Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to act as the backstage powerhouse of our stores. The role is physically demanding and requires flexibility to move across the wider store. You will manage stock and deliveries and support colleagues to keep the shop floor full and ready for customers.

You will use digital tools to track deliveries and stock efficiently, stay ahead with fast-paced retail demands, and work across shifts to maintain smooth store operations.
