Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a customer assistant for our Food section, joining a frontline team dedicated to fast-paced, high-quality service. You’ll engage with customers, recommend products, and work across store areas in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The role involves early morning shifts with weekend coverage. We offer a dynamic, customer-driven setting that rewards reliability, teamwork, and digital fluency through our Sparks App and in-store devices.
