Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is recruiting for a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service under pressure, while embracing the transformation the retailer is driving.

You’ll be a resilient brand ambassador who can confidently recommend our new food products to customers. The role requires late-night flexibility and the ability to work across shifts, including weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
