Job summary

Marks and Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to frontline service and engage customers with product knowledge. You'll thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and be flexible to work across store areas.

You'll be a brand ambassador, confident in recommending and selling the latest food offerings. You'll use digital tools such as Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find what they want and enhance their shopping
