Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is recruiting a Customer Assistant to join our Bangor store. You will interact with customers, keep shelves stocked and maintain store standards across shifts, with flexible hours and a pay rate of £13.30 per hour in Year 1.

Shifts include Morning, Middle and Late patterns, with weekend options and progression up to £14.80 per hour after 3 years. The role emphasises reliability, teamwork and a can-do attitude, with training and development opportunities available.

Qualifikationen
