Job summary

Accenture PLC is hiring a Customer AI Engineer in the UK to design, build and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions that help clients understand, serve and grow their customers. You will work end to end across problem definition, deployment, monitoring and iteration with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires hands-on engineering, knowledge of LLM tooling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Production generative AI experience with hands-on deployment.
• Strong Python production-grade coding skills and software engineering discipline.
• Experience applying AI to customer growth, personalization, marketing or service challenges.
• Background in ML training, evaluation and production deployment.
• Ability to design scalable AI solutions and explain concepts to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered tools end to end.
• Develop generative AI solutions including retrieval augmented generation.
• Implement agentic AI workflows and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Train, evaluate and deploy machine learning models for production.
• Translate business problems into measurable AI value for clients.
• Document patterns and share reusable assets across teams.
