Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Customer Advisor for Eurospar Lurgan, 2a Gilpinstown Road, Lurgan, Co Armagh, BT66 8RL. Up to £13.30 per hour depending on age and benefits, 30 hours per week with flexibility across Monday to Sunday 6am to midnight.

You will assist in daily store operations, delivering high standards of customer service and supporting stock replenishment and checkout activities. Training will be provided and opportunities exist for development within the Henderson Group family.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain stock and ensure shelves are replenished and correctly priced.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and display.
• Cover Post Office duties when required and support other duties as needed.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
