Job description

Outbound Call Centre Customer Advisor

Up to £27k.

Maidstone

Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Permanent/Full Time

As a Customer Advisor for our client, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be making outbound follow-up calls to check in with customers, gather feedback, and help resolve any outstanding issues. It’s all about building great relationships and making sure every customer leaves with a smile!

What you will be doing

  • Calling customers to check how their experience was and gathering feedback.
  • Working closely with theService Managers to follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Keeping customer records up to date in thesystem.
  • Letting customers know about the latest offers and services available from the company
  • Helpinghit team targets and keep our customer satisfaction levels high.
  • Supporting the team with inbound booking calls when needed.

What they are looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or a call centre role. Automotive experience would be beneficial.
  • A friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner.
  • Great communication skills and an ability to really listen to customers.
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys hitting goals.
  • Good IT skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a real passion for helping people.
