Job summary

Henderson Group, Northern Ireland's leading foodservice provider, is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis. You will help customers, operate checkouts, replenish stock and ensure shelves are correctly priced and displayed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by listening to needs and advising on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.

• Merchandise stock to maximise sales and customer experience.
• Maintain price accuracy using shelf edge labels.
• Provide high level customer service at all times; cover Post Office when required.
• Undertake other duties as required.

Customer Advisor Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits. Part‑time positions available at 12 hours per week, working within the opening hours of the store 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday – Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
