Job summary

Boots is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team on site. You will help customers, answer questions, and provide great product advice while working at the tills and in our back shop. The role includes contributing to a smooth store operation and promoting in-store offers.

Starting pay is £13.02–£15.10 per hour with progression after 6 months in role. The position includes award-winning training and a friendly team environment, with opportunities to grow within Boots.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment and meet customer needs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store systems and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on tills and in the shop floor with product advice.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Keep store displays neat and stock organized in back rooms and on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Participate in training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
