Boots UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our onsite team. You will assist customers on tills, advise on products, and help with stock and shop presentation, ensuring a smooth store experience.

You will receive full training and work in a fast-paced environment, focused on delivering excellent service and promoting Boots offers. A supportive team and competitive hourly pay are provided.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more about them and give great advice on Boots products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring displays are correct, providing service on tills and assisting with stock in stock rooms.
• Work with the team to ensure a great shopping experience and a clean, presentable store.
• Attend award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
