Job summary

Boots in the UK is seeking a Customer Advisor on-site to help customers at the tills, advise on products, and support stock in the shop, all while delivering a friendly, helpful shopping experience with the team under the Store Manager.

You will receive award-winning training and join a brand focused on customer care. The role pays £13.02–£15.10 per hour, with increases after six months in the role, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; whether that’s listening to find out more about them, answering questions and giving great advice on our fantastic products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring products are displayed, serving on tills, and assisting with stock in the stock rooms.
• Work with teammates to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
