Lookers Newcastle Customer Contact Centre is hiring a Customer Advisor on a permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week). Salary up to £30,000 OTE, including a £22,000 base salary and a bonus scheme. You will handle calls, emails, live chats and digital enquiries to drive bookings and service outcomes.

You’ll deliver high-quality customer engagement, represent our brand values, and support sales and aftersales activity across maintenance and service plans.

• Experience in customer service, contact centre or sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and technology.
