Lookers Newcastle Volkswagen is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department in Newcastle. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary of £28,500 to £29,500 plus bonus and a 42-hour week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm on rotation).

You will be experienced in similar roles, confident with customer interactions, and capable of handling stock and administrative tasks efficiently. Join a proactive team and help ensure smooth operations at the dealership.

Qualifications

• You will have previous experience gained in a similar role.
• You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems.
• It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
• Answering calls from customers
• Providing excellent customer care
