Job summary

B&Q Edinburgh is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for checkouts. You’ll work 20 hours per week on a permanent contract, with shifts across Monday to Sunday from 7.00am to 10.00pm.

You’ll become an expert advisor, helping customers finish their home improvement projects, handling sales, click & collect, and keeping displays tidy. A friendly, team-oriented approach and flexibility for weekends and bank holidays are essential.

Responsibilities

What's the job?

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like click & collect, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in various areas, but on the tills truly great customer service will be your main aim.
