Job summary

Novatech Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team, connecting Neal's Yard Remedies with customers and delivering high-touch service. You will be part of a knowledgeable, friendly team focused on skincare, wellness and therapies with expert product guidance.

You will support the Store Manager to maximise sales, demonstrate products including mini-facials and arm massages, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness and natural therapies.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a busy environment.
• Ability to demonstrate products including mini-facials and arm massages.
• Strong relationship-building and a positive 'can do' attitude.

As our Customer Advisor in our Bristol Store, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neal's Yard Remedies and our customers. This is a great time to join our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.

You'll be supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.

You will be part of our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You'll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products, including mini-facials and arm massages.
