Job summary

Argos Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service at tills, website screens, and the collection counter. You’ll help customers, process payments, and discuss available financial services when relevant. The role involves assisting on the shop floor and in the stock room during quieter periods.

You’ll build strong knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer informed recommendations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers across our stores.

• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products - supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

Eligibility

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
