Job summary

Argos Limited is seeking a Night Delivery Assistant to support our stores in Norwich. You will deliver great service on tills, at the collection counter, and across the shop floor while maintaining product knowledge and a friendly approach.

You'll handle stock from deliveries, assist customers with questions, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-based environment. Training will cover a range of skills and digital tools to help you excel.

Job description

This role is a night delivery assistant role with varying shifts between the hours of 7pm and 7am. What you'll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
