Job summary

Argos Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver top-quality service to customers in-store and at the collection counter. You will help customers with questions, process transactions, and share details about financial services when relevant.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy shop floor environment, supported by a friendly team and training to cover a range of skills. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities to learn and grow within the store.

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country.

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, website screens on shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Process payments, handle refunds, explain financial service offers for applicable products.
• Assist customers on the shop floor, answer questions and provide product recommendations.

Job description

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products - supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

Eligibility:

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
