Job summary

Stellantis &You UK in Coventry is looking for a customer advisor to join our Aftersales team at the Coventry dealership. You will be the key link between customers and our technicians, guiding each customer through the Stellantis &You journey.

This role requires clear communication, the ability to adopt new digital systems, and the confidence to quote and sell service plans while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Estimate repair costs and times for customers.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

A Customer Advisor will also:
