Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is looking for an experienced Customer Advisor at our Liverpool dealership. You will be the key link between customers and our technicians, guiding customers through the Stellantis &You journey.

You will communicate clearly, adopt digital systems, and upsell services following Vehicle Health Checks while quoting and selling Service Plans to retain customers for the group.

Qualifications

• A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
• Experienced automotive Customer Advisor.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems as part of the dealership’s digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and upsell additional work identified through Vehicle Health Check.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers.
• Estimate repair costs and times for customers.
• Address concerns when repairs are suggested.
• Inform customers about progress and any additional works needed.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.

A Customer Advisor will also:

• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.

You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:

• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
