Are you a horse rider/owner or have excellent knowledge of Equestrian products? Then this may be for you....

My client is looking for a passionate, multitasking individual who can advise and guide customers via telephone, email, webchat, or face-to-face on occasion.

Responsibilities
  1. Work as part of a team to provide a dynamic, sensitive, fair, and proactive complaints service.
  2. Handle complaints from receipt through to conclusion.
  3. Actively promote best practice and excellent customer care using various communication methods.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
  5. Accurately record and update complaints on the relevant complaints register.
  6. Liaise with customers regularly, keeping them informed of their order progress.
  7. Plan, organise, and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and service levels.
  8. Identify root causes of complaints to provide insights and feedback to improve products and prevent future complaints.
  9. Stay updated with consumer purchasing laws and process changes.
  10. Support the wider customer team during peak periods with renewals, midterm adjustments, and administrative tasks.
  11. Promote, guide, and provide information about products to prospects and existing customers.
  12. Answer product and service questions, suggest additional products, and process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills
  • Sales/Telesales experience essential
  • Deep knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of equestrian products; being a horse rider/owner is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills
  • Polite and friendly manner
