Role Description

The Customer Acquisition Team Leader is responsible for leading our Business to Customer (B2C) sales function. They drive high standards of customer service and work in collaboration with the Operations and Marketing Teams to continually improve the user journey, maximizing conversions. They have a genuine interest in Digital and Green technologies and maintain their product knowledge to provide an informed and credible presales service. Our Customer Acquisition Team Leader is highly numerate, analytical, and goal-oriented, executing and analyzing upselling strategies, working alongside key educational clients to optimize Learning & Development (L&D) budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the B2C Sales Pipeline, monitoring and actively improving conversion rates and maximizing enrolments across cohorts.
  • Manage the day-to-day workload of team members, setting, reviewing, and creating levers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Provide second line presales support to individual customers.
  • Account manage Educational Clients, supporting them to optimize their Learning & Development (L&D) budgets.
  • Keep abreast of local and national funding eligibility requirements and ensure compliance is maintained wherever customers receive external funding.
  • Produce weekly B2C Sales Performance Reports and chair Monthly Sales Meetings.
  • Work with the marketing team to gather B2C customer testimonials and capture case studies.
  • Represent iungo and generate leads at networking events.
  • Support Marketing with the design of advertising campaigns to target customers.
  • Support the Commercial Team to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
  • Maintain own product knowledge and work in collaboration with the Product Team to integrate new products into the Customer Acquisition process.
