• Experience in a fitness or leisure environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the leisure club, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members.
• Motivate and lead a team of fitness crew to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
• Handle multitasking responsibilities from poolside management to gym floor coaching.
