Job summary

Haughey Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager in Dungannon to manage key customer accounts and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will act as the main liaison with production, purchasing and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Confident problem-solver with the ability to use initiative.
• Engineering/manufacturing or logistics experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for allocated customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Receive, review and process customer orders efficiently and fully, with technical specifications.
• Ensure all customer drawings, revisions and technical documentation are accurately communicated to Production & Purchasing teams and arrange technical reviews as required.
• Arrange packing according to customer packaging requirements and coordinate delivery schedules and logistics plans to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Monitor production and despatch schedules and communicate order updates or delays to customers.
• Coordinate with Senior Customer Accounts Manager to confirm lead times with Production.
