Job summary

Inform3 in Co. Tyrone is seeking a Customer Account Manager to manage key customer accounts and ensure their requirements are understood and delivered.

You will process orders, coordinate with Production, Purchasing and logistics, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and good IT skills; GCSEs including Maths and English are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years customer service experience.
• Ability to form and maintain partnerships with customers.
• GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent.
• Despatch and distribution of goods experience (desirable).
• Engineering industry experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with clear internal communication.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and other departments to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Monitor order progress and update customers, escalating delays when needed.
• Coordinate deliveries with Despatch and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly with internal teams.
• Monitor service performance, identify risks and support improvement actions.
• Support Lean initiatives and compliance with company policies and safety rules.
