Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, customer management or account management.
• Targets/KPIs drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Excel to manage data and analyse accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through proactive contact and a high standard of service.
• Manage and develop an existing customer base within waste to protect revenue and upsell.
• Follow up on opportunities, recommend Safetykleen solutions, and act quickly.
• Carry out regular account reviews and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to ensure fast, effective service delivery.
