Job summary

Custom Kit Group Limited is seeking an ambitious and organised Customer Account Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage enquiries and orders from first contact through to production and delivery, building strong customer relationships and coordinating with production partners.

The role involves preparing quotes, liaising with partners, and supporting larger accounts while working toward KPIs and utilising AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing customer enquiries and orders from initial contact through to delivery.
• Prepare quotes and follow up opportunities with customers.
• Coordinate orders from enquiry through to production and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Liaise with production partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Support larger accounts and brand partnerships as needed.
• Work towards monthly revenue, conversion and customer-service KPIs.
• Utilise systems and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, 35 hours per week with flexible working hours

Custom Kit is looking for an ambitious and organised Customer Account Coordnator to join our growing team.

This is a varied customer-facing role where you’ll manage enquiries and orders from initial contact through to production and delivery. You’ll build relationships with customers, prepare quotes, manage projects, liaise with our production partners and help turn enquiries into long‑term customers.

The role will include:

• Managing new and existing customer enquiries
• Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
• Managing orders from enquiry through to delivery
• Building strong customer relationships
• Coordinating designs, products and production
• Liaising with partners and suppliers
• Supporting larger accounts, brand partners and commercial projects
• Working towards monthly revenue, conversion and customer‑service KPIs
• Using our systems and AI‑assisted tools to work efficiently

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident speaking with customers
• Highly organised and quick to learn
• Commercially minded, driven and ambitious
• Comfortable using technology and AI tools
• Interested in sport, apparel, brands or products
• Keen to take responsibility and grow with the business

Previous industry experience isn’t essential but would be highly desirable. Attitude, communication skills and ambition are more important to us — full training will be provided.

The role is based at our office near Liphook, so applicants will need to be able to reliably commute to our rural office location.
