Job summary

Forvis Mazars LLP in the UK is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to design, build and deliver core development curricula across the firm, translating strategy into practical programmes that support people at all career stages.

You will lead curriculum design, manage end-to-end programmes, collaborate with Early Careers and People & Culture teams, embed inclusive learning, and continuously improve learning with data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design, programme management or talent development.
• Strong capability in designing engaging, practical learning experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in modern learning approaches, including digital and self-directed learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage structured development curricula across key areas: Talent development programmes, Team member development, Digital and self-directed learning offerings.
• Ensure all learning is practical, role-relevant and aligned to development pathways.
• Partner with Early Careers to design clear development pathways from trainee to manager level.
• Act as SME in skills development and translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of development programmes, including design, facilitation, logistics and evaluation.
• Curate learning into clear pathways and ensure access and relevance.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure learning meets business needs.
• Introduce modern learning approaches and use feedback to improve.
• Measure participation, engagement and outcomes across programmes.
