Qualifications

• Experience in learning design, programme management or talent development.
• Strong capability in designing engaging, practical learning experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders effectively.
• Interest in modern learning approaches, including digital and self-directed learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of development programmes, including design, facilitation, logistics and evaluation.
• Facilitate development programmes and sessions to deliver a practical, engaging learner experience.
• Continuously review content to reflect evolving business needs and feedback.
• Manage the firm’s mentoring offer, aligning to wider talent development priorities.
• Design learning that translates strategy into practical, real-world outcomes.
