Job summary

V Selective Recruitment is seeking a Curriculum Manager for the 16-19 Study Programme in London. The role is 28 hours per week across four days, on-site and permanent, with a pro rata salary of £34,400 per annum.

You will lead, design and deliver the SDP curriculum, teach 12–14 hours weekly, and coach the SDP tutor while guiding challenging discussions on topics from politics to mental health to ensure an inclusive, current programme.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience designing or delivering personal development and PSHE programmes for young people.
• Proven ability to engage learners with sensitive and topical subject matter.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification.
• Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of the SDP curriculum for the 16–19 Study Programme.
• Teach 12–14 hours per week and manage the SDP tutor.
• Safely facilitate discussions on topics including politics, gender identity, mental health, and climate change.
• Support SDP delivery and resources for subcontracted provision and PSHE curriculum for the associated independent school.
