The Role

Key Skills and Experience:

• Inspiring Leadership:We're looking for someone with a strong background in either English or Maths, ready to inspire and guide our talented team.
• Multi-Site Expertise:Your experience in managing teams across multiple sites will be invaluable as we have 5 sites and several outreach centres.
• Occupational Competence:We need a leader with expertise in at least one of the programmes you oversee, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our curriculum.
• Effective communication:We seek a leader with consultative and motivational communication skills, capable of inspiring both the team and the students.
