Account Executive (Director of Strategic Accounts)

Our AI decisioning engine supports 1:1 personalization for lifecycle marketing campaigns, powered by reinforcement learning AI. This enables marketers to test and improve campaign performance more rapidly. Customers include brands like Brinks Home, Yelp, Chime, Engie, and MetLife.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Account Executive (Director of Strategic Accounts) to join our team. You will be responsible for acquiring and expanding business by managing key customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business development and marketing teams to generate leads
  • Leading discussions with potential clients
  • Identifying high-impact applications of our AI solutions with current and prospective clients
  • Participating in OfferFit’s POV initiatives, working with our technical implementation team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders at client companies (e.g., CMOs, CIOs)
  • Communicating customer needs to our product and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap
