Director of English and Maths | South London | Permanent Role

CER is supporting the recruitment of a Permanent Director of English and Maths for our partner college group in South London. The group are looking for a highly motivational individual to lead their vibrant English and Maths department. If you have a passion for shaping young minds and a proven track record in leading English and Maths curricula, we want to hear from you.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Inspiring Leadership: a strong background in either English or Maths, ready to inspire and guide the talented team of staff
• Multi-Site Expertise: Your experience in managing teams across multiple sites will be invaluable as there are 5 sites and several outreach centres
• Occupational Competence: the college are looking for a leader with expertise in at least one of the programmes overseen, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the curriculum.
• Effective communication: a leader with consultative and motivational communication skills, capable of inspiring both the team and the students.
