Job summary

Haringey Council is seeking an experienced Curriculum Writer to join the Talent, Recruitment and Development team in London. You will design and develop high-quality learning programmes, curricula and resources aligned to the Council's priorities and outcomes.

You will deliver training, evaluate impact, support organisational learning initiatives, and manage team development, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the Council.

Qualifications

• Experienced learning and development professional with strong curriculum design and content development skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a good understanding of adult learning principles.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels and lead teams.
• Experience coaching or developing others is advantageous; willingness to pursue recognised L&D qualification.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning programmes aligned to organisational priorities.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops where appropriate.
• Evaluate impact of learning solutions and continuously improve learner experience.
• Manage and develop members of the Talent, Recruitment and Development team.
