Job summary

Haringey Council is seeking an enthusiastic Curriculum Writer to join the Talent, Recruitment and Development team. You will design and develop high-quality learning programmes aligned with the Council's strategy, create engaging content, curricula and resources, and deliver training when needed.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to design effective learning solutions, evaluate impact, and continually improve the learner experience while supporting and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum design and content development.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the Council.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning programmes aligned to priorities and outcomes.
• Create engaging learning content and curricula.
• Deliver training and workshops as appropriate.
