Job description

Gi Group is currently seeking a Curriculum Administrator to work with our client, an education and training provider based within South Yorkshire. As a Curriculum Administrator, you will work within a team that supports both learners and staff throughout the academic year. This role is key in assisting the Administration team in achieving its goals.

Typical duties:
  1. Word processing of documents, filing, data input, and minute taking
  2. Working with teaching staff to chase and monitor student attendance to ensure retention rates are achieved
  3. Supporting the Senior Administrator in ensuring that timetables are inputted timely and accurately
  4. Working with teaching staff and managers to cleanse data and provide reports as necessary
  5. Supporting the student behaviour and disciplinary policy by maintaining associated administrative processes
  6. Collaborating with the Job Centre, Partners & Employers to support administrative functions related to Employability provision
  7. Providing administrative support for Community & ESOL provision, including attending external meetings and monitoring financial records
About you:
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and work within time pressures to complete operational tasks on tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to ad-hoc requests
  • Ability to consult with academic staff and use professional influence to ensure admin processes are followed
