Job summary

Rated Traders Ltd is seeking an Organisational Development Partner to support the Council in developing an engaged, capable and high-performing workforce. The post is a 12-month temporary contract, with secondment applications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and diagnosing organisational, cultural, leadership or workforce development needs.
• Ability to design and deliver practical organisational development interventions.
• Experience delivering projects that support transformation or wider organisational change.
• Confidence in working with senior leaders and managers, building effective relationships and providing advice.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects and balance multiple priorities.
• An understanding of leadership, organisational culture, employee engagement and behavioural change.
• The ability to use data, feedback and evaluation to assess effectiveness and demonstrate impact.
• A collaborative, inclusive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose organisational and workforce development needs and design practical interventions.
• Develop and deliver OD initiatives that support Council priorities and culture transformation.
• Translate values into meaningful leadership behaviours and employee experiences.
• Lead leadership, management development, staff survey activities, talent and succession planning, coaching, learning and development, and organisational change.
• Collaborate with the OD Manager and HR colleagues to deliver corporate OD priorities and build cross-service relationships.
• Evaluate the impact of interventions to ensure measurable benefits for the Council, workforce and residents.
