Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Organisational Development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable organisational development advisor to senior leaders, managers, and services within the Council.
• Assess organisational, leadership, cultural, and workforce development needs and formulate practical solutions.
• Assist in executing the Council's People Strategy and organisational development goals.
• Lead and participate in culture change initiatives that promote organisational values and desired behaviours.
• Create initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, wellbeing, and overall organisational performance.
• Proven experience in identifying and diagnosing organisational, cultural, leadership, or workforce development needs.
• Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing organisational development interventions, programmes, or initiatives.
