Job summary

Autolus Ltd is seeking an Organisation Development partner to shape and deliver strategic OD initiatives across the business. You will collaborate with senior leaders to identify evolving needs, design development programmes and utilise psychometric tools to drive team effectiveness.

You will work in a hybrid model with HR and business stakeholders to diagnose needs, embed change, culture and diversity, equity and inclusion activities, and measure impact across levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating in an Organisation Development role.
• Experience shaping and delivering training programmes, learning initiatives or facilitated workshops.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing recommendations within priorities.
• Prior experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.

Responsibilities

• Shape, manage and improve OD programmes for individual, management and leadership capability.
• Design and facilitate team effectiveness workshops using relevant OD tools and psychometrics.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programmes with senior leaders to meet evolving needs.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to diagnose OD needs and deliver interventions aligned to priorities.
• Support change, culture, engagement and DIB activities across the organisation.
• Identify learning needs at organisational, leadership, functional and individual levels.
• Manage OD projects with plans, timelines, milestones, risks and stakeholder comms.
• Build trusted relationships across the organisation as a credible OD partner.
• Role may evolve; additional duties may be requested.
