Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a data-driven analyst within the Organisational Culture team to analyse large data sets and produce actionable insights that inform culture interventions and improve colleague experience.

You will work as part of the People Function to design and deliver compelling colleague propositions, with hybrid working and regular Swindon monthly site visits to collaborate in person.

Qualifications

• Analysing large data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Experience supporting culture or people analytics projects is advantageous.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for business impact.
