What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team.
• Strong knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, and understanding of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
