Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What you |

  • Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team training.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
