Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

What You Need to Do:
  • Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
What We Look For:
  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with team members with care and consideration.
  • Proven experience in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
  • Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit and stock control.
  • Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to thrive.
