The Role:

As a Sous Chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, and use this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team, maintaining high standards
• Experience managing a kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Ability to celebrate success and recognize individual needs
