Role: Sous Chef | Full Time

Wagamama celebrates individuality and diversity, with over 165 restaurants across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to nourishing both body and soul.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Lead, engage, and inspire the kitchen team
  • Support with food, health, and safety standards, and manage kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Support team training and development

Requirements:

  • Passionate about team support and development
  • Experience in managing kitchen lines and shift planning
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and financial management in a kitchen setting
  • Ability to recognize and celebrate team successes
