As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Are passionate about supporting your team through training and development, maintaining high standards
• Have experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Support your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards, understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
