Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent military/industry experience.
• Extensive experience within defence training, military capability development or a related operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Represent Cubic within OMNIA and the wider collective training community; build relationships with military, civilian and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of the collective training landscape; monitor HQ CTG and HQ LWC activities and communicate needs and priorities.
• Identify emerging opportunities; qualify customer requirements and support account growth and capture activities.
• Maintain awareness of programme delivery and risks; ensure alignment between customer expectations and outcomes; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market developments and provide timely intelligence to senior leadership on opportunities and threats.
