Job summary

OMNIA Training in Warminster seeks a Principal Subcontract Specialist to lead subcontracting activities across the British Army CTTP. You will manage contracts sized £10-40m, engage suppliers and internal stakeholders, and drive performance in a matrix organisation.

You will work under OMNIA Training and the Raytheon UK Commercial & Subcontract Management team, require a STEM or business degree, and be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in subcontract management and supplier engagement.
• Ability to communicate across functions and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Subcontractors / Suppliers with contracts (£10 - £40m).
• Manage small projects or subcontracting processes.
• Apply advanced knowledge of subcontracting to solve complex problems.
• Negotiate contracts, NDAs, terms and conditions.
• Coach and guide junior professionals.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align on policies.
