Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems seeks an experienced Security Manager to lead Security Governance, Risk and Compliance across the ILT-A portfolio. You will establish risk management, assurance and accreditation processes to protect personnel, information and assets in a defence programme.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will drive security strategy, coordinate audits, and balance security needs with delivery objectives within MOD frameworks and CAF/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Governance, Risk and Compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Defence Standard 05-139 Security Risk Management.
• Experience supporting security assurance, audits and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Act as programme focal point for Security Management across ILT-A portfolio.
• Develop and maintain programme security arrangements per Defence Standard 05-139 and customer requirements.
• Lead security risk registers and ensure mitigation actions are tracked.
